Hi there, I'm Kimberley Bell, the founder of Bloom 'n loco, in Wairoa, Hawkes Bay. Thank you for visiting!
I founded Bloom 'n loco in 2015. As a Real Estate Agent in Wairoa, I wanted to be able to gift my clients with gorgeous local gifts and beautiful fresh flowers. Unable to source these locally, I decided to open Bloom 'n loco, to offer fresh flowers and gorgeous gifts to our community.
The Bloom Ladies are Aroha, Leigh, Pepper, and Kimberley. Previously a Bloom lady, Gaylene comes back to Bloom 'n loco to help with the big yearly floral events, and Araley, our ex-schoolie, comes back to help during her study holidays. We love our Bloom team!
We are all about people and giving them an outstanding customer experience - we are proud to provide you with high-level customer service and exceed your expectations in your floral and gift-giving experience. We do things differently... and this is why we were awarded the Pan Pac Business Award for Ultimate Customer Experience in Hawkes Bay, in 2022!
What we do at Bloom 'n loco:
We source lots of our flowers and foliage locally in Hawkes Bay, and supplement this with other flowers grown throughout the rest of New Zealand.
We compost all of our green waste, we recycle with a vengence, and we are a low-waste florist.

All of our gifts are carefully selected, with a focus on sustainable small business produced products from Aotearoa. Our items are beautifully and sustainably packaged, Our curated gift items are combined into unique and gorgeous gift packages, beautifully presented and perfect for any gifting occasion.
